London is expensive for quality
Well located in a nice area, near to underground station and shops, pubs . Was clean and good bed
We couldn’t get the room we booked because the people before us suddenly wanted to book for another night. this should normally not be the case. perhaps we then got downgraded. You never know. Some staff were very kind and helpful, others weren’t at all.

Comfortable rooms, could have been better
Comfortable little studio, good location, close to earls court tube station.
I had a basement room, and there were several incidences of creepy crawlies, which commonly happens when there is standing water nearby. There were a few beetles and then also a cockroach. I think the rooms are due a renovation too, getting dated and there were a lot of signs of wear and tear on things like cupboards etc and the bed, TV etc were old. The light switches / dimmers are ridiculously fiddly and the instructions make no sense at all.

Great location and trasportation. Welcoming neighbourhood and convenient with nearby stores and restaurants.

What was the highlight of Presidential Apartments Kensington
The locstion, extra room, and amenities were a plus and we would most definitely stay here again.
It was great to have a clothes washer and kitchen even if we didn’t use it. The extra space to move around with 3 of us was fantastic. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was very friendly.
The pull out mattress in the couch wasn’t very good.
